Am I eligible to get a refund?

If you've made a purchase through Renovate AI and believe it's eligible for a refund, you can easily initiate a refund request. Here's how you can do it:

Requesting a Refund for App Store Purchases (iOS):


Step 1: Sign in to Report a Problem

Visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223 using your preferred web browser.
Step 2: Navigate to Refund Request

Once signed in, tap or click on "I'd like to," then select "Request a refund."
Step 3: Provide Reason for Refund

After selecting "Request a refund," specify the reason why you are requesting a refund, and then click "Next."
Step 4: Choose the Item

From the list of purchases, select "Renovate AI" or the specific in-app purchase for which you are requesting a refund.
Step 5: Submit Your Request

Once you've selected the item, proceed by clicking "Submit." If your refund request is related to a subscription you no longer want, you can also choose to cancel the subscription during this process.
Step 6: Wait for Confirmation

After submitting your refund request, allow 24 to 48 hours for Apple to process and update you on the status of your request.
