The Flooring Tool in Renovate AI allows you to explore a wide range of flooring options and visualize them in your space with ease. From the AI Renovation Kit on your homepage, select the Flooring Tool to enter the design interface.
You can also access the tool from the Tools and Features section of your menu bar. Click on Design Tools and find the Flooring tool.
Upload an image of the room you want to update, or select an existing project from your library.
Ensure the image is clear and well-lit to enhance the accuracy of the flooring application.
There are four ways to detect the floor boundaries in the uploaded image.
All Floor: This tool will automatically detect floor boundaries in the uploaded image.
Exclude Carpet: This tool will detect areas of the image covered by carpet and exclude them from the renovation.
Only Carpet: This tool detects only areas covered by the carpet and renovates only the area.
Set Custom: This is the most flexible option that allows you brush over the areas you want to renovate. The system only then applies your flooring option over this selected area.
We have created an extensive catalog of flooring templates for you to browse through, including: Hardwood, Tiles, Vinyl & Laminate, and Carpet. Click on any option to preview it directly in your space.
* Also, you can create a custom template that accurately reflects your choice by defining it in the My Templates section. The system creates this template for you, based on your description, which you can then apply to your flooring project.
Click on Renovate Flooring to apply your preferred template to your image. The system generates a new image based on this, which you can then compare with your original image using a slider on the generated image.
Click Download to save your design to your device. This automatically adds your newly completed project to the project folder in your library.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Flooring Tool
