How can I cancel my subscription?

If you've decided to cancel your Renovate AI subscription for our iOS app, we're here to guide you through the process. Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription directly through Apple:

Canceling a Subscription from Apple

Step 1: Open Settings

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro.

Step 2: Access Your Account Settings

Tap on your name at the top of the Settings menu. This will take you to your personal account settings.

Step 3: Navigate to Subscriptions

Scroll down and select "Subscriptions" from the menu. This option allows you to manage all your active subscriptions.

Step 4: Locate Your Subscription

In the Subscriptions menu, find the subscription for Renovate AI that you wish to cancel.

Step 5: Cancel Your Subscription

Tap on the subscription to open its details. Then, select "Cancel Subscription."

Note: You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button if it's not immediately visible.

Important: If you don't see the Cancel Subscription button, or if you see an expiration message in red text, it means the subscription is already canceled.

Step 1: Open Settings

By visiting here you will see your manage subscription button https://studio.renovateai.app/profile and if you are not seeing it make sure you are signed in with correct account.

After you clicking on Manage Subscription button, you will see your payment method, and active subscription and you can click on it and select to cancel it.

Canceling a Subscription Google Play Store

When you make a purchase with an app from the Google Play Store, you need to follow the process required by Google.
